Questions about our services
Can one firm handle our audit, tax and SECP work together?
Yes, with appropriate safeguards. The Companies Act 2017 and the ICAP Code of Ethics restrict some non-audit services for audit clients, particularly public interest companies. We assess independence for every combination and explain clearly what we can and cannot provide alongside an audit.
How are fees agreed?
Each engagement has a fixed fee set out in a signed engagement letter, based on scope, complexity and timeline. The first consultation is free.
Do you serve clients outside Lahore?
Yes. We serve clients across Pakistan and provide advisory and audit quality support to clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
