Four chartered accountants trained at Deloitte, EY, KPMG and Nexia International founded the firm to bring international audit quality to Pakistani businesses at a scale that suits them.

Before founding WDS, our partners led audits at Deloitte in Lahore, Riyadh and Doha, worked at EY and KPMG, served at Nexia International, and spent time inside ICAP's Audit Quality Review function inspecting the work of other audit firms. That last experience shapes how we work: we prepare every file as if a reviewer will read it.
Pakistani companies have traditionally chosen between large network firms, with premium fees and layered teams, and small practices that lack depth in IFRS, ISA and regulatory work. Has led statutory, review and special purpose audits across diverse industries, and supported ACCA firms in Ireland and the UK through quality reviews.

Over 10 years across taxation, corporate compliance, audit and assurance. Well-versed in the Income Tax Ordinance 2001, Companies Act 2017, SECP regulations and IFRS. Has led complex FBR and SECP engagements and contributed to audit quality enhancement under APRSP at ICAP.
