About the firm

A partner-led firm built on Big 4 standards.

W.D.S Chartered Accountants is a recognized audit firm registered in Pakistan under the ICAP Ordinance 1961. Our four partners bring more than 38 years of combined experience from engagements across Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

We set up WDS to give Pakistani businesses what they rarely get: international-grade audit and advisory work, delivered by the same qualified chartered accountant who signs the report, at a fee structure that makes sense for growing companies.

  • ICAP registered and ISA authorized

Registered under the ICAP Ordinance 1961 and authorized to conduct statutory and external audits under International Standards on Auditing across all industries in Pakistan.

  • Big 4 and international training

Our partners come from Deloitte Pakistan, Deloitte KSA, EY, KPMG and Nexia International. That methodology shapes every file we sign.

  • Inside knowledge of audit quality

Partners served in ICAP's Audit Quality Review function and contributed to APRSP, so we know exactly what regulators look for.

The four partners of WDS Chartered Accountants

The partners

Quality in every engagement.

Independence

Objective opinions you can put in front of banks, regulators and investors.

Accessibility

Direct lines to partners. No call centres, no rotating junior contacts.

Precision

Documented, reviewed, standards-compliant work, filed ahead of deadlines.

4

Associate Members of ICAP. Every partner is a qualified chartered accountant with direct Big 4 or international network experience.

What we do

Ten service lines. One accountable firm.

From statutory audit to outsourced CFO, we cover the full cycle of audit, tax, reporting and advisory work that Pakistani businesses need, under one engagement partner.

  • Statutory, external, internal and special purpose audits under ISA.

    Audit and Assurance

A statutory audit is an independent examination of a company's financial statements, required by the Companies Act 2017, that ends with an auditor's opinion on whether those statements present a true and fair view.

    What you receive

    • Independent auditor's report under ISA 700
    • Management letter with internal control observations
    • Audited financial statements ready for AGM and SECP filing
    • Partner debrief with the board or audit committee

Why WDS

Big 4 quality without the Big 4 distance.

Businesses usually choose between large network firms with premium fees and layered teams, or small practices without the depth. WDS was built to close that gap.

01

You deal with a partner, not a pyramid

The chartered accountant you meet in the first call is the one who plans, reviews and signs your work.

02

Reports that stand up to scrutiny

Banks, donors, FBR and SECP get files prepared to the standard our partners used to review at ICAP and Deloitte.

03

Clear scope, clear fees

Every engagement starts with a signed letter covering deliverables, timeline and fee. No surprise invoices.
